WCOOP: NLH Rebuy
Ran the 8k chips I bought (2500 starting + 2500 rebuy + 3000 add on) to 15k with about half the field left today, blinded down a little, tried to steal with a pot-sized raise from the BB with 82o after six limpers only to see the first guy (UTG+1) reraise, then lost the last 9k or so on this hand:
- Idiot limps for 200 in EP, all fold to me in BB, I check with Kh9h. Flop Th4h4x, I bet 350 into the 500 pot, guy makes it 1000, I call. Turn blank, I check, he bets 1850, I jam for around 8000, he instacalls almost all his chips with JT, I don't improve.
I think I'm back to playing quite impatiently in tournaments these days. But come on, does the guy have to call there? Sigh.

Man, you've had a vicious WCOOP thus far. Hope you have better luck in the coming events.
Thanks Beck. I don't know if it's been so vicious. Mostly bad play.
It seems to me that people almost always call with anything, so I make few moves in these tourneys. Especially against unfamiliar opponents. However I still dont see how he called with friggin JT
Chances are he is either:
A- Retarded.
B- Clairvoyant, and knew you were on the draw.
My money is on retarded... but then again, from the outside looking in, maybe he just had a good read.
